- Users must provide accurate registration details.
- Only one account should be maintained per individual.
- Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Any misuse or fraudulent registration may result in account suspension.
Course enrollment becomes active only after successful verification of the registration and applicable payment. Approval is generally completed within 24 working hours .
Payment is currently accepted using the QR Code provided on the portal. Students must upload or submit payment confirmation wherever applicable.
Additional online payment options may be introduced in future updates.
- Courses are for registered students only.
- Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
- Unauthorized copying or redistribution of course material is strictly prohibited.
- Downloadable certificates remain valid only after successful completion of the required examinations.
- Students must attempt examinations honestly.
- Any attempt to manipulate examination results may lead to disqualification.
- Certificates are issued only after satisfying the passing criteria defined for the course.
All course content, study material, examinations, certificates, graphics and website content belong to Pushti Awareness unless otherwise stated.
Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
Pushti Awareness reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in fraudulent activities, misuse, abusive behaviour or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
While every effort is made to ensure uninterrupted services, Pushti Awareness shall not be liable for temporary downtime, internet connectivity issues, technical failures or circumstances beyond its control.
These Terms & Conditions may be modified from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
