Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how course cancellation requests are handled on the Pushti Awareness learning portal.
Students are requested to review the course details carefully before applying and making payment.
Once course access is approved and activated, cancellation is generally not allowed because the course material, modules, exams and learning dashboard become available to the student.
If a student has applied for a course but the course access has not yet been approved, the student may contact the administration to request cancellation.
Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If payment has already been made, cancellation does not automatically mean refund approval. Refund eligibility, if any, will be handled as per the Refund Policy.
Cancellation may be considered only in rare and genuine cases, subject to review and approval by the Pushti Awareness administration.
The decision of the administration shall be final.
